LOGAN MAILLOUX IS THE FOURTH BEST PROSPECT FOR THE CANADIENS

AUG 21, 2021  (16H33)      ALEXANDRE DESROSIERS
Brock University sports management expert Ben Misfeld has compiled a top 10 list of the best prospects for each NHL team and ranked them from best to worst in terms of prospect quality. Of this batch, the Montreal Canadiens are ranked 15th out of 32 teams.

At number one is Cole Caufield, even though he played more than 30 games with the big club. Second is defenseman Kaiden Guhle, who was even called the future Shea Weber by Team Canada's assistant coach Louis Robitaille.

Then, to conclude the top 3, we find the young goalie Cayden Primeau. A forward, a defenseman and a goalie in the top 3, not so bad, right?

Where it's surprising is at number 4. The expert chose Logan Mailloux. Without recalling all the history surrounding him, Mailloux had made a lot of noise during the last NHL draft. Defenseman Mattias Norlinder completes the top 5.
