MARK STONE LAYS OUT TYLER BOZAK; FIGHTS JUSTIN FAULK
Mark Stone of the Vegas Golden Knight had a busy one Monday night during a game against the St. Louis Blues. Stone would record three assists in the Knights' 5-4 overtime loss to the Blues, but it was what he did outside of offence that's garnering the most attention.
With just under seven minutes left in the second period, Stone would hit Tyler Bozak near centre ice with a check that can definitely be called questionable. Check it out:
Bozak's teammate Justin Faulk was not happy with Stone, and the two dropped the gloves.
Stone got a two minute minor for interference on the play, but also wound up with a five minute major for the fight. No word yet on any possible supplementary discipline from the league. Bozak left the game and did not return.
