
MCCANN GETS FINE FOR ELBOW ON SANHEIM; FANS NOT HAPPY
The NHL's Department of Player Safety has doled out its punishment for Jared McCann of the Pittsburgh Penguins after an elbow he gave to Philadelphia's Travis Sanheim during the Flyers 5-2 win over the Penguins Friday night. McCann has been fined $10,000, the maximum allowed under the current collective bargaining agreement.
