OTTAWA'S CONNOR BROWN ISSUES WARNING TO HABS' PHILLIP DANAULT IN ADVANCE OF TONIGHT'S GAME

Ottawa may have won Sunday night's matchup against the Montreal Canadiens 3-2 in overtime, but the Senators still aren't happy. During the game, Phillip Danault of the Habs speared rookie phenom Tim Stützle in the throat in an act that, if not deliberate, was at the least very careless. Check it out:

There was no penalty on the play and Danault received no supplementary discipline, something that didn't sit well with the Sens. Asked about it in advance of tonight's rematch, Ottawa's Connor Brown made it clear that Danault should watch his back.

"We have a lot of players on this team who know how to take care of their teammates," said Brown.

The Senators have also decided to dress Michael Haley for tonight, a player who has 692 penalty minutes in 272 games. Haley has several fights in the NHL against guys like Sean Avery, Wayne Simmonds, Nic Deslauriers, Milan Lucic and several others. It's a move that Brown really likes.

"He knows this league and this game," said Brown about Haley. "He's great in the locker room and on the bench. He gets it. We like having him in the lineup."

It will mark Haley's third game of the season. It sounds like the Senators are planning to come out tonight with guns blazing.
