This will come as great joy to many hockey fans, who are certainly missing watching their favourite teams play. The league hasn’t been in action since it was suspended back on March 12th due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately for sports fans, not only is the NHL suspended, but nearly every league as well as every sport around the world.

As mentioned, the NHL LIVE package will have every game from this season for free, including all of the outdoor games that have taken place. This will certainly help put some normalcy back into the lives of hockey fans, as these past few weeks have been very odd. With many people being very uncertain and stressed, it was nice to see the NHL step up and do what they can to try and help during these tough times. The one thing they can’t do, unfortunately, is resume play. At this time, it is anyone’s guess as to when the league will resume, but here is hoping it is sooner rather than later.
