Nick Foligno returns for CBJ against Detroit tonight after a three game suspension for a dirty hit on Colorado's Pierre-Edouard Bellemare. The suspension cost Foligno ost Foligno $88,709.67.

Speaking of Columbus, they've added former NHL coach Paul MacLean as an assistant coach/special teams on Head Coach John Tortorella's staff. MacLean is a former head coach of the Ottawa Senators.

Sammy Blais surgery went well. He is expected to miss 10 weeks.

Mario Kempe, formerly of the LA Kings, has signed a deal with CSKA Moscow of the KHL which will last through the end of next season. Terms not disclosed. Kempe has asked to be released from his deal with the Kings and the team complied.

Nikita Kucherov of the Tampa Bay Lightning will not play tonight after taking a big hit from Luke Schenn of St. Louis earlier this week. He may not play Saturday either.

Isles former 3rd round pick and highly touted goalie prospect Ilya Sorokin, pulls off unreal save for CSKA against Vityaz.

Whole ton of news for Pens fans to swallow. Justin Schultz is out. Bjugstad surgery to put him out for 2 months. Hornqvist will be back in lineup.

Tomas Hertl of the San Jose Sharks will not play tonight. The team says it's not serious.
